Reasons: 1) you responded immediately to our internet inquiry (your competitor did not - we had to call them), 2) you sent reminders of our initial appt. (your competitor did not), 3) your salesman arrived promptly, was friendly but not overbearing and had a soft sales approach (your competitor was not as good at selling and reeked of smoke!!!), 4) we felt price and product of both were competitive but your business approach sold us. They were very professional and took pride in their work. I actually started to vacuum because I had nothing better to do while I was waiting, and I think I actually insulted the gentlemen because he stopped me saying it was his responsibility to clean up. After they left, I could not find any reason to go behind them and clean up and 6) the installers made sure the job was "complete" by communicating with us prior to leaving. I will certainly recommend you to persons I know needing windows/doors. Please make sure the two installers get a copy of this note as they were the "wrapping that kept this package together."
