Please be aware though, that Acts of God (i.e.: hurricanes, hail, fire, etc...) are covered by your homeowner's insurance and you should contact that agency regarding any of these types of claims. Also, in case of abuse or neglect, the homeowner is responsible for the cost of the repair. Damaged screen material after installation is also the responsibility of the homeowner.
