At Sea-Thru Windows Inc., your windows are guaranteed to be free from defects and are covered with a full lifetime glass breakage warranty for the life of your home. This warranty is transferable and if you sell your home, free of charge.

Our warranty also includes labor for any manufacturer's part that needs installed for the life of your windows. In this instance either a Sea-Thru Windows Inc. Technician or a manufacturer's technician will repair the claim.

Acts of God (i.e.: hurricanes, hail, fire, etc...) are covered by your homeowner's insurance. In case of abuse or neglect, the homeowner is responsible for the cost of the repair. Damaged screen material after installation is the responsibility of the homeowner.

I (We) the undersigned Buyer(s) hereby: Certify that all goods and/or Services (property Improvements) Sold to me (Us) by Sea-Thru Windows Inc. under Home improvement Sales Contract has been furnished and performed completely in accordance with the terms of said contract. I (We) had the right to cancel said contract, without penalty, after receiving notice from Sea-Thru Windows Inc. of my (our) right to do so and that I (We) did not exercise that right.

The undersigned hereby represents and certifies to any assignee of said Contract that: All the goods and services provided for in the above described Home Improvement Sales Contract have been delivered and performed in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with the term of said contract.
