Window Seal Failure/Glass Breakage
 When your window seal fails, then moisture will find its way between two panes of glass. This is a very rare problem, as condensation usually remains on one side or the other. However, when and if this does happen, the failing seal can cause the glass to break. To prevent bodily injury, try to cover the area of broken glass with duct tape or another item that will protect against broken glass until your window has been repaired.
If your warranty covers glass breakage, then Sea Thru Windows Inc. will be sure you receive a new sash as quickly as possible to minimize your downtime without a properly working window.
